Conference participants are responsible for booking their own accommodations.

A limited number of rooms have been set aside at the conference location for the nights of Thursday, May 4th and Friday, May 5th. The conference rate is $199 per night. To book with the Oakwood Resort please call (519) 238-2324. The deadline to book at the special rate is April 4, 2023.
